Cancellation Policy

To provide flexibility and respect everyone’s time, please review our policy: 1. Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any fees. Rescheduling within 24 hours is not permitted, and a cancellation fee may apply if the session is missed. 2. Cancellations: Sessions can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no cost. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of the session, or failure to attend without prior notice, will incur a $50 cancellation or no-show fee.
