Luisa Solarte is a certified career coach with credentials from the University of Miami and member of the International Coaching Federation. With over 25 years of experience, she has guided undergraduate students and young professionals worldwide through internships, career exploration, and strategic planning for their futures. For more than 16 years, she work at The Washington Center and served as Senior Director for International Recruitment, where she partnered with governments, foundations, and universities across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, opening doors for countless students to launch global careers. Luisa brings a broad perspective on the higher education landscape and the skills required to thrive in an ever-evolving world. She believes deeply that travel and exposure to diverse cultures are transformative, empowering young people to not only define their professional paths but also discover their unique place in the world.

Moira Segrera holds two master’s degrees in child/Teen Psychology and Eating Disorders from the University of Paris, as well as a B.A. in Psychology from Andrés Bello Catholic University in Caracas, Venezuela. She brings extensive experience as a psychologist and counselor in leading schools in Paris and Venezuela, where she specialized in career counseling and supporting students with learning challenges. Beyond her work in education, Moira has taught psychology at the university level and built expertise in talent management and recruitment within human resources. A mother of five, she draws daily inspiration from her children, fueling her commitment to helping others navigate the complexities of modern parenting and education. Having lived in France, China, Venezuela, and Brazil, Moira speaks four languages fluently and now calls São Paulo home.
