The Leap Program
A program specifically designed for young professionals seeking to accelerate their leadership development and gain practical insights into various industries. This program provides participants with the invaluable opportunity to shadow seasoned leaders, allowing them to observe, learn from, and network with established professionals. By immersing themselves in real-world settings, participants can develop their leadership skills and foster their career growth.
Through this program, participants will gain a clearer understanding of the daily responsibilities and challenges faced by professionals in their chosen fields. By observing and interacting with experienced leaders, they will be better equipped to determine if a particular career path aligns with their aspirations.
Who Can Apply?
Young professionals aged between 21- 25 years.
Must be an undergraduate student in their final year or a recent graduate (within the last two years) from an accredited institution.
Alternatively, must have a degree or certification in a relevant field.
No previous work experience necessary.
A minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent).
Demonstrated leadership potential through previous roles, projects, or extracurricular activities.
Must have legal documents to enter the U.S. (passport, visa, or any permit).
